Application Acknowledgement
Online applicants are given immediate acknowledgement of receipt.
About four to five weeks after the University of California receives your application, you should get an acknowledgement from UC Undergraduate Application Processing Service that your application form and fees were received.
The acknowledgement may include a request for information that UC needs to process your application and that you must submit by the deadline specified. The acknowledgement will be sent to the e-mail address you provided on your application. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, contact the processing service by telephone or e-mail.
If you do not receive an acknowledgement, contact the processing service by telephone or e-mail.

You can check the status of your UC application on the Application Status website. This site allows you to review your personal/background information, campus/major choices and test scores, and revise portions of your application. The information will be available online four to five weeks after you submit your application.
If you are a freshman applicant, during March, you will be informed of the campus admission decision. Be sure to provide all of the requested documents to verify your admission by the deadline. Don't forget to confirm your enrollment plans by the May 1 deadline as well.
Alert: Be sure to respond to any requests for information promptly.
